Summer Tour Highlights

Malibu Factory
The first stop was the Malibu Factory in Loudon, Tennessee! As always, it was a pleasure touring the factory that is responsible for the amazing build quality of Malibu and Axis boats. I picked up the 2015 Axis A24 Saltwater Series, equipped with a 450 horsepower motor and Surf Gate. This boat is guaranteed to make one of the best wakes in the industry. My sponsorship with Malibu Boats gives me the ability to consistently provide my customers with the best ride.

Brostock
Next stop! The new Axis and I made the trip from Naples, Florida to Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. It was great hanging out with the Axis crew at the 10th Annual BROstock event. Hundreds of boats came together in an epic flotilla to watch the biggest double up contest in wakeboarding. I'm always proud to cheer on my fellow Malibu and Axis teammates and I even got to catch up with some of my favorite young students.

Apple Canyon Lake
Wakeboard Naples is always willing to travel to coach. I was called to Apple Canyon Lake, home of a family introduced to wakeboarding in Naples and now passionate about the sport. After their Naples experience, they purchased an Axis A20 from Munson Ski and Marine and tons of Ronix equipment. I was impressed with their progress since we first met. We had a great day on their private lake and they even learned to wakesurf. I look forward to seeing them again in Naples.

Eternal Riders Camp
Ronix teammate and pro rider Kirby Liesmann invited a few professional riders to mentor and coach at the 2015 Eternal Riders Wakeboard Camp. We had an amazing turnout of 55 students. Groups of campers switched coaches throughout the week riding behind an impressive lineup of eight wakeboard boats. It was an awesome week and I was honored to be a part of it.
